What colours can you print on my selected products?

Any colour can be printed but we would require a pantone colour (PMS) to give an exact colour match.

What is a pantone colour?

Every colour has a Pantone Matching System (PMS) reference number. This system is used throughout the industry to ensure any printer can match colours specified by any designer.

I don’t know my PMS numbers, how can I find them?

The designer who originally created your logo or the printers who print your stationary should have the artwork and PMS references. If you still have problems finding them, please contact us

How do I supply you my artwork?

You can either email us or post us a CD with your artwork on. Your artwork needs to be supplied to us as an EPS File created in Adobe Illustrator. This is the most universally acceptable file format for line printing. For multi-colour work, please ensure that each colour is on its own layer, as this will enable us to colour separate your artwork and make modifications if required. Additionally, each layer must be clearly labelled with its colour reference and all fonts must be converted to curves or outlines before saving.

Is the quality of my logo good enough to print?

It is important to make sure your logo is as clear and crisp as it can be to achieve a good quality print. However if your logo is not of a good quality we will recommend the best possible solution to improve it. It may require re drawing or change / edit colours.

How do I know my logo will be printed correctly?

We will send you an artwork proof showing colour separations and logo layout. This proof will require approval before the products are personalised. We use the PMS reference numbers you gave us to ensure it is printed the correct colour.

Can you print items that are not listed on your website?

Yes, let us know what you require, we can source almost anything at the best possible prices.

What are your lead times for an order?

We have a huge range of products; some can be delivered in 2 days, others up to 14 weeks! Do let us know your requirements and we’ll let you know what we can do for you!

If I don’t have any artwork can you help me?

Yes, please give us a call, we here to help and bring your ideas to life.

Can I see a printed sample before placing my order?

In the majority of cases printed samples are possible. We must however levy a minimum print charge, which more often than not is cost prohibitive.

How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order will be printed?

We will be in contact with you from when we receive you order right through to dispatch, but you are always welcome to give us a call if you have any queries.

What if I am not happy with the final product?

We hope this would never happen as we are committed to delivering a quality product on time and printed according to the customer’s exact specifications. If, in a very rare case this should happen, we would resolve this directly with you.

What is your policy on returns?

We want you to be 100% happy with the goods you order, the service you receive and the way we apply your logo or branding. In addition, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order.
